Real-time Brokerage Rebalancing
Written, annual deliverables were required for brokerage clients, a manual, time consuming process involving holdings calculations. SEH-TS streamlined this process by integrating automatic rebalancing and trade generation, resulting in more time for advisors to concentrate on servicing new and existing clients.
Foreign Electronic Payment Processing
Integrating foreign payments into an existing ACH process was needed. SEH-TS evaluated, selected and integrated a framework for payment translation, exchange conversion, tracking and settlement, in harmony with standard ACH processing.
Cost Guarantee and Refund Workflow
Significant enhancements were needed for an existing custom built system, with a one million ($1M) budget. SEH-TS served as the primary business relationship manager for this Fortune 500 client, interfacing with all levels of management, to negotiate priorities and outcomes, and providing win-win solutions to the client's customers and IS business partners.
