Business Analyst
Facilitate business requirement definition and understand dependencies to other areas/projects. Coordinate process flow development and documentation. Create and substantiate business cases for projects. Accountable for ensuring the project tasks are completed and documented. Create functional business requirements, review technical designs and act as liaison between technical and business groups. Knowledge of user acceptance. Must have 3-5 year minimum business analysis experience. Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels of an organization. Strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams in a collaborative manner.
